Over the last two decades, we have lead the application of integral theory to solve numerous real-world problems with impressive results. We have created two world-class leadership academies, cracked the code on leadership theory creating the world's first and still only "unified theory of leadership," we have helped hundreds of founders scale their companies from tens of millions to hundreds of millions and from hundreds of millions to billions. Our leadership students and management consulting clients who started as early stage founders have gone on to become centi-millioniares and billionaires. In many cases we are the secret weapon, the behind-the-scenes gurus, mentors, advisors, coaches, teachers that bolster the success of some of the most impressive ventures seen in Y.P.0. (Young President's Organization) and U.S. middle-market companies. Our success has been (partially) documented in 14 published books on management, operations and leadership. 

The below timeline highlights some of our groundbreaking milestones over this two-decade leadership journey. 






 
2000
We started this two-decade-long hero's journey by creating the world's most successful integral product, the Integral Leadership Program... which has had more than $30,000,000 in registration fees and has impacted more than 10,000 companies and hundreds of thousands of employees. 
2005
Building on our vision of making business a force for good, we helped launch the Conscious Capitalism movement and spent more than a decade helping grow it. The CEO of Conscious Capitalism foundation, more than half of its board, and many of the chapter presidents our student's of integral leadership (and graduates of our Integral Leadership Program). Also we have been hosting the Conscious Capitalism CEO Summit in Austin, Texas since inception (more than a decade).  Few people know this because we have historically worked primarily behind the scenes.
2006
We launched the journalistic publication Integral Leadership Review, to provide an ongoing forum for integral leadership enthusiasts (academics and consultants) to share their insights and their experience in the field with other practitioners worldwide.  
2010
We launched the first integral book publishing company, Integral Publishers and have published 37 books by 25 integrally-informed authors which represents a "who's who" of integral thinkers. We have published more books on integral theory and applied integral theory than any other publisher with the exception of Ken Wilber's publisher (who only publishes integral books by Wilber). 
2011
We created an international virtual conference, the Integral Leadership Collaborative, with content consumed by 100,000 people from 45 countries, with 50 speakers and more than 500 paid conference attendees. This was the first and only time that dozens of experts on integral leadership were brought together in a single summit or conference. This effort really put integral leadership "on the map."

2015
We used integral theory to start a successful humanitarian 501c3 organization, Conscious Coalition, partnered with governments and numerous world-class NGOs and non-profits, to empower leaders and support the development of underprivileged communities and young democracies around the world. 
2020
We tore down and reverse engineered our most successful product, the Integral Leadership Program and built it back up from scratch, to make a next-generation version that is fully modular, scalable, mobile, micro learning and virtual. We tested it for four years to prove that it gets twice the results, in half the time, at a fraction of the cost of the classic version. Our Accelerating Leadership suite of programs require no travel and get superior results in less time at a fraction of the price of the classic Integral Leadership Program (which, by the way, is still going strong at $36,000 per person).
2020
We partnered with Genomic Solutions, Inc. to develop an enhanced version of their state-of-the-art Talent Genome™ technology specifically for corporate leadership positions. This tech is based on decades of systems, organizational, and developmental research with ten years of testing and data collection from 20,000 genomic assessments in 200+ organizations. This state-of-the-art tech connects leadership competencies with organizational context via 6 leadership success factors and 32 behavioral markers.  
2021
We partnered with the Forbes School of Business and Technology to create a fully accredited MBA Executive Leadership Program which is now in the process of being licenses to several business schools and will become a pre-requisite or elective 6 unit leadership course as part of a 30-unit Executive MBA. It is essentially a vastly-improved, business school accredited, fully self-paced and infinitely scalable, next-gen "self-paced" version of the Integral Leadership Program.
2021
Our Integral Think Tank identified six interconnected, escalating mega-crises that threaten to wipe out 90% of the species on this planet over the next 50 years (including our own). To equip change agents for what we have dubbed "humanity's ultimate endeavor," we developed a comprehensive 12-part plan that change agents can use to shift humanity from Game A to Game B before its too late. This plan is provided as 12 learning modules accompanied by a suite of leadership tools designed specifically for global change agents. We took a pilot group of international change agents through the 6-month program and recorded all the lessons for a forthcoming book and online e-course to get these solutions to change agents across the globe. 
2022
We partnered with Growth Institute to create the world's best C-Suite Leadership Program. This new, expanded and enhanced version of our Integral Leadership training has been re-tooled precisely for C-Suite executives in growth companies. Our parter in this venture is Verne Harnish. He is best known as the founder of Entrepreneur Organization (a.k.a. "EO") which has 220 chapters in 60+ countries. Verne is also known as the bestselling author of Mastering the Rockefeller Habits and Scaling Up.  
2022
We wrote five books, streamlined and massively accelerated our book writing and publishing processes, fired up and tested our social media engines with a YouTube channel and a successful test of highly-scaleable paid ad campaigns in the leadership niche. We built "book funnels" on our new state-of-the-art automated marketing funnel system that allows us to run paid ads across multiple social media channels and platforms to promote our books, content and paid courses and coaching programs. 

We created and launched the world's first "Leadership OS" that is vastly superior leadership I.P. than anything else on the market. In addition to being the foundation of all of our leadership training and development services, it is being developed as a software application, enabled with A.I. to help leaders identify and implement leadership solutions, leadership decision making, leadership strategy, and leadership communication. 


We expanded beyond corporate-only engagements and opened our Integral Leadership Academy up to the general public, making our world-class leadership development I.P. available to a broader audience with the stated mission of "Democratizing Leadership Development." Now the world's best leadership development training and coaching is available at an affordable price point for leaders everywhere. 


2023 
We published nine more books to reinforce our position as the go to authority for quality leadership education. Our 14 books cover every major dimension of leadership and leadership development. 

We expanded our effort to "Democratize Quality Leadership Education" by launching a free "Leadership Learning Community" to broaden our reach and engage our audience with social media and paid ads. We now have a growing audience of founders and students of leadership.  
  

2024
Now that we have tested every component of our "growth engine," we are now busy implementing our plans to scale these leadership products and services. 

Our ambitious goal is to disrupt the multibillion dollar "leadership development" industry and establish our "practice based" and "integrally informed" approach to leadership development as the new standard for leadership development. 

Our plan for scaling involves leveraging paid advertising and automated marketing funnels with multiple brands, books, apps, software and digital products combined with highly scaleable self-paced courses and instructor-led training and coaching programs. 



We are currently seeking joint-venture and promotional partners and are vetting a select few equity partners to join us in this grand adventure.

Over the last two decades, we have pioneered the application of integral theory to solve numerous real-world problems with impressive results. 

Because we have (historically) worked exclusively behind the scenes, you are probably only aware of one or two of our integral ventures. You may be surprised to learn what we have been up to, quietly with little fanfare, for the past 22 years. 




 
2000

Brett Thomas
Brett Thomas is the author of five books on leadership, a veteran management consultant and leadership development expert who created a unifying theory of leadership with integral pioneer Ken Wilber. He has logged more than 10,000 designing and delivering leadership training programs and another 10,000 hours mentoring and coaching executives and executive teams. He is the creator of Stagen Leadership Academy's world-renowned "Integral Leadership Program," the MBA business school-accredited "Executive Leadership Program" and Growth Institute's flagship "C-Suite Leadership Program." He has helped hundreds of founders and senior executive teams scale their businesses into the tens of millions and hundreds of millions. He is best known for his groundbreaking work applying integral theory, positive psychology, and developmental psychology to management and leadership. He serves as our head of strategy and intellectual property development.
Michael Bezdek
Michael Bezdek is a veteran Wall Street and corporate finance executive who runs our humanitarian organization Conscious Coalition. Michael is a serial entrepreneur, investor, veteran business manager and senior executive who has served in the top ranks of several major corporations. He is experienced in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, mezzanine financing, venture capital and private equity. He spent a decade on Wall Street managing individual and institutional investment portfolios exceeding 1 billion in assets. His past roles included SVP of Investment Banking at National Securities Corp and EVP institutional wealth manager over private individual and institutional investments for RBC / Dain Rauscher’s Private Client Group. Michael holds a BBS in Finance from the University of Southern California and has been educated at Cornell University. He is a board member of Conscious Capitalism Foundation and a certified trainer with Arbinger Institute. 
Jacqueline Quinn
Jacqueline Quinn brings deep coaching experience with more than a decade in the fields of human development and human performance. Her work is bolstered by her experience as an instructional designer / program developer, thought leader, and inspirational speaker. She spent years at industry leader Mindvalley leading many of their coaching programs / educational programs, including collaborating with numerous best-selling authors and leaders in the professional/personal growth industry. She specializes in bridging science and spirituality for practical application in high-performance living and lifestyle design. She refined her coaching skills at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Jacqueline works closely with Brett Thomas developing and delivering our corporate leadership training and coaching programs. She also is our head leadership coach and manages our leadership coaching teams. She also heads our business development efforts in her role leading client relationships. 
Dr. Bernard Amadei
Bernard Amadei is a professor of civil engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder who holds seven PhDs. He serves as chairman for our 501c3 Conscious Coalition. He is the founder of Engineers Without Borders, co-founder of the Engineers Without Borders-International Network, and founding director of the Mortenson Center in Engineering for Developing Communities. He served as a member into the National Academy of Engineering for the creation of Engineers Without Borders. In 2012, he served as Science Envoy to Pakistan and Nepal for the U.S. Department of State. He is also the co-founder of Peace Engineers, a non-profit with the ambitious goal of helping to engineer peace in conflict-ridden regions throughout the world. He sits on numerous boards and collaborates with international change agents to promote peace, sustainability, and multi-dimensional development. 
Tony Ricciardi
Tony Ricciardi is a serial entrepreneur and investor with deep operational experience. He co-founded and served as president of ListenTrust the leading bilingual call center for multi-lingual language services. In only 7 years, he grew the company to 800+ employees and over $15 million in revenue. He is passionate about conscious capitalism. Tony helps run a non-profit doing international development work in several countries and works as an advisor to companies his fund invests in, and he enjoys working as an advisor to leadership teams going through our leadership programs and clients consulting with our management advisory services. Tony was an active founder of our humanitarian organization Conscious Coalition and he is the managing partner in our Executive Leadership Education division (that created the accredited MBA program). 
Dr. Susan Cannon
Susan Cannon, PhD is an interdisciplinary scholar-practitioner and futurist specializing in innovation, learning, and change in human systems. She is an adjunct professor of Organizational Development and Leadership at Fielding Graduate University. She previously worked as an associate professor of management at Antioch University Seattle, and an adjunct professor with the Bainbridge Graduate Institute at Pinchot University. Susan is an extremely experienced leadership coach with many years of experiences providing leadership development coaching with senior executives in major corporations. Susan has been applying integral theory and integral leadership principles for more than two decades. She has collaborated with this team across multiple projects going all the way back to the early 2000s at Integral Institute. 
Mark Palmer
Mark Palmer is an author, consultant, and sought-after thought leader specializing in leadership and organizational change management, strategic performance, and workforce solutions technology. He has with Fortune 500 companies for 20+ years in leadership training, team building, organizational development, market research and data analysis, strategic alignment and team development. He is creator or co-creator of several industry leading intellectual properties including: LaborGenome talent mapping, Leadership Genome executive development tech, Position Success Indicator (PSI) and DEV:Q applied talent system. He is a founding member and senior faculty member at Ken Wilber's Integral Institute, an international think-tank developing public and private sector integral applications. Ken Wilber
Ken Wilber is an American philosopher and author who writes on developmental psychology, transpersonal psychology, adult development, ecology, philosophy, faith stages, and several other areas of interest. Ken expanded on and popularized "Integral Theory" as an integration of all human knowledge. He is the founder of the Integral Institute for teaching and applying Integral Theory. He has published 35 books which are nearly all bestsellers and are all still in print. In addition to being an academic and leadership "guide" for leading figures across dozens of disciplines, he also serves as an advisor and, as needed, as a consultant for Elite Integral and the companies with partner with, invest in and/or operate.  Ken co-created "Integral Leadership" with Brett Thomas and serves to guide Integral Leaders worldwide.
